I have read the applicant's application dated 7th December 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers 2(a) to (j). The applicant is directed to file and serve the substantive motion within 7 days of the date hereof. The respondents shall file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the substantive motion. The directions on the hearing of the motion shall be given on 30 January 2024.
