MILLICENT WARUI VS State Law Office AND National Police Service Commission (NPSC) AND 1 Others

High Court at Milimani High Court · · Jairus Ngaah

I have read the applicants' application dated 3 August 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. The applicants are, however, granted leave to file the substantive motion for judicial review relief in terms of prayer 3(a) of the chamber summons. The prayer for leave to operate as stay is declined. The applicants are directed to file and serve the substantive motion within seven days of the date of this ruling. The respondents and interested party are directed to file and serve their response within seven days of the date of service of the applicants' motion. The suit shall be mentioned on 2 October 2024 for purposes of taking directions on its hearing. It is so ordered.
