I have read the applicant's application dated 9 December 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. If the alleged transfer of shares was effected in the year 2013, I find no reason to certify the application as urgent. Accordingly, I direct that the application be served for directions on the mode of its disposal on 22 April 2026. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file and serve their response to the application within 30 days of the date of service of the application. The applicants will file and serve their submissions within 21 days of the date of service of the respondents' response. The respondents, on the other hand, will file and serve their submissions in respect of the application within 21 days of the date of service of the applicants' submissions. It is so ordered.
