RULING
1. By Consent, the Application dated 18.03.2026 is allowed in the following manner;
a) The 1st – 3rd Defendants are granted a period of 21 days from today’s date to vacate the property known as Cheptiret/Kapkoi Block (Mugondoi)/49 pending the hearing and determination of the matter.
b) There will be no costs on this Application.
c) Any party is at liberty to apply.
d) In the event the 1st -3rd Defendants fail to vacate the property within 21 days from today’s date, a warrant of arrest will automatically issue for commitment to Civil jail for a period of six (6) months.
