Kenya Aquatics VS Sports Disputes Tribunal

I have read the applicant's application dated 22 July 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is hereby certified urgent and leave granted in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the Chamber Summons. The prayer for leave to operate as stay is, however refused at this stage of the proceedings. However, in order to expedite the hearing and disposal of the main suit, I direct that the main motion be filed and served by close of business tomorrow 23 July 2024. The substantive motion shall be mentioned on 24 July 2024 for purposes of taking directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
