RULING
1. In this Application, the Applicant is a family member and beneficiary of the deceased 2nd Plaintiff.
2. The estate of the 2nd Plaintiff has legal representatives.
3. Consequently, the interests of the Applicant are those being litigated by the Administrators of the 2nd Plaintiff.
4. As such, the Applicant is not a necessary party and the Application is dismissed without costs.
