RULING
1. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 60 days from today’s date to ensure that all the required documents mentioned hereinabove are available failure to which the matter will proceed as it is.
2. The matter will proceed for hearing on 11.03.2026 and 12.05.2026.
3. The Land Registrar Uasin Gishu County is directed to register an Inhibition on L.R NO.UASIN GISHU/KIPLOMBE/KIPLOMBE BLOCK 10(GROWEL)/43 prohibiting the registration of any alienation documents pending the hearing and determination of the suit.
