RULING
1. Based on the submission by the parties. It is clear that the Applicant is in occupation of the either Plot 44 or Plot 309.
2. Whichever way, both plots are much litigated and the final Order will impact on his rights.
3. Consequently, the Applicant is joined as the 2nd Interested Party in this matter.
4. The 2nd Interested Party is directed to prepare, file and serve his documents and statements by the 02.03.2026 when this matter will come up for pre-trial.
