RULING
- The Appellant Applicant is granted leave of 30 days to prepare, file and serve their further affidavit together with the submission in support of the application.
- The Respondent will have leave of 21 days upon service of the Applicants submission to prepare, file and serve their submissions.
- The Application dated 14.02.2025 will be mentioned on 17.11.2025 to confirm compliance and fix a Ruling date on the same.
- In the meantime, the Consent Order recorded in Court on the 05.11.2024 based on the Consent dated 31.10.2024 be and is hereby stayed pending the hearing and determination of this application.
