RULING
1. The Appellant is granted leave of 45 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve the Supplementary Record of Appeal.
2. The Preliminary Objection dated 21.01.2026 be and is hereby marked as withdrawn with no orders as to costs.
3. The Respondent are at liberty to file a substantive Application on the issues of jurisdiction.
4. The matter will be mentioned on 15.04.2026 to confirm filing of the Supplementary Record and take further directions.
