Have read the applicant's application dated 9 May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The decision complained of having been rendered in November 2023, I am not satisfied that this application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers (b) (c) and (d) of the chamber summons. The prayer for leave to operate as stay is, however, declined. I direct that the main motion be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondent and interested party shall file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the substantive motion. The motion shall be heard on 18 June 2024. It is so ordered.
