I have read the applicant's application dated 3 October 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent and it is so certified. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 2, 3 and 4 of the chamber summons. The applicant is directed to file and serve the substantive motion within 7 days of the date of this order. The respondent and interested parties shall file and serve their response to the motion within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. The directions on the hearing and disposal of the motion are as follows:
