I have read the applicant's application dated 8 April 2024 filed under certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers 3(a),(b) and (c) of the chamber summons. I direct that the main motion for judicial review reliefs be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents and interested party shall file and serve their response to the motion within 7 days of the date of service of the main motion. The matter shall be mentioned on 30 April 2024 for purposes of taking directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
