I have the read the applicant's application dated 18 August 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is hereby certified urgent. I direct the application to be served upon the respondents and interested parties within seven days of the date of this order. The respondents and interested parties to file and serve their response within seven days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. Considering that the court is on recess, the application shall be heard inter partes on 4 October 2023 . In the meantime, an interim order is  granted in terms of prayer (b) of the motion.
