RULING
I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 3rd May 2024 which is filed under certificate of urgency of even date. The application having been made 5 months after the judgment is certainly not urgent. Let the application be served for inter partes hearing. Service should be done within seven (7) days from today’s date so that the Respondent can file its response within 7 days. Directions shall be given on 21st May 2024. It is so ordered.
