RULING
1. The matter is taken out of today’s hearing list.
2. The Application dated 7.05.2026 is allowed.
3. The Plaintiff is granted leave to serve the next hearing date by way of substituted service through advertisement in one of the daily newspapers within National wide circulation on the days between Monday and Friday.
4. The matter will be mentioned on 16.06.2026 before ELC-3 to fix a new hearing date.
5. The Plaintiff will serve a Mention Notice of 16.06.2026 on the 2nd – 5th Defendants within seven (7) days from today’s date.
