In the meantime, stay of execution of the decree issued in Mombasa SCC Number E058 of 2026 Logistics Expeditors Limited Ws Yalfa Cargo Handling Limited, by Hon. JW Mwangi is hereby granted pending the directions by Wangari, J. or until further order of this Honourable Court, on condition that the decretal sum is deposited in court within 14 days of the date of this order, as security for performance of teh decree.
