I have read the Applicant's application dated 19th December 2020, filed under a certificate of urgency of event date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent, and it is so certified. I direct that the application served for mention for directions before Wangari, J on 30 January 2026. In the meantime, stay of execution of the decree is granted pending the hearing of the application on condition that the appellant deposits half of the decretal sum in court, as security for the performance of the decree, within 30 days from the date of this order. It is so ordered.
