RULING
1. The Plaintiff is present in Court.
2. The Court through the interpreter Brian has tried to confirm if she is familiar with the application and the Supporting Affidavit dated 15.12.2025 which is alleged to have been filed by her.
3. However, the Plaintiff did not have a recollection of the issues pleaded in the Application.
4. Consequently, the Application is struck out with no orders as to costs.
