I have read the applicant's application dated 20 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application shows that the applicant was aware of the intended auction of his property as early as November 2024. No reason has been given why he had to wait until almost the auction day to come court. I am therefore not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for hearing inter partes on 2 June 2025. It is so ordered.
