I have read the applicant's application dated 27 April 2026, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not persuaded that the application is urgent, considering that, according to the applicant's own pleadings and affidavit, the statutory notice was served way back in December 2025. If that is the case, I have not found any reason why the applicants should be coming to court on the eve of the auction to stop the auction. Accordingly, I direct that the application be served. The respondents will file and serve their response within 14 days of the date of service of the application.
