I have read the applicant's application dated 27 April 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. If the statutory notice of sale was served way back in February 2025, it is not reasonable that the applicant is approaching court to stop the sale by auction on the eve of the auction. I direct that the application be served for mention for directions on 18 May 2026. Meanwhile, the application will be served forthwith, and the respondents are directed to file their response to the application within seven days of the date of service.
