If the auction sought to be stopped was to take place on 10 July 2025, then the application, then the urgency has been overtaken by events. In any event, no reason has been given why the applicant came to court just before the date of the auction. In the circumstances, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for mention on 6 October 2025. It is so ordered.
