Have read the applicant's application dated 2 May 2024 filed under certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. However, leave is granted for the applicant to file a substantive motion for judicial review reliefs in terms of prayers 2, 3 and 4 of the chamber summons. The substantive motion shall be filed and served within 14 days from today's date. The respondents and interested party shall file and serve their response to the substantive motion within 14 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion.
