I have considered the applicant's chamber summons dated 28 May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the chamber summons. The substantive motion shall be filed and served within 14 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents' response shall be filed and served within 14 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. Hearing of the motion shall be on 17 July 2024. It is so ordered.
