MILLICENT WARUI AND MOSES OCHIENG VS State Law Office AND National Police Service Commission (NPSC) AND 1 Others

High Court at Milimani High Court · · Jairus Ngaah

I have considered the application dated 2 August 2024 but filed under a certificate of urgency dated 3 August 2024. Considering that the applicant is not filed under this Honourable Court Vacation Rules yet the court is on recess, there is no basis to certify the applicant's application as urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayer 2(a) of the chamber summons. The applicants are directed to file and serve the substantive motion within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents and interested party are directed to file and serve their response to the substantive motion within 7 days from the date of service of the substantive motion. The motion shall be mentioned on 30 September 2024 for purposes of taking directions on the manner of its hearing. It is so ordered.
