Ruling
1 .Upon the Appellant's Notice of Motion dated 23. 12.25 coming up for the hearing of the prayer for admission of the substantive Notice of Motion of even date for hearing during the High Court Vacation, I have duly considered the same and the affidavit sworn on even date by George Gitamo Onsombi and I do note that the appellant has already preferred a reference against the impugned decision yet execution may issue. I thus find that the substantive application dated 23.12.2025 merits admission for hearing during the High Court Vacation and I so admit it.
