This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
The offender was fined ksh 50000 in default one year imprisonment on 15th November 2023. He was unable to pay the fine.
I have read the Recommendation by the Probation officer and accept the recommendation.
The offender's sentence is revised to 4 months Community service the Kaitha Office of the Assistant Chief under the supervision of David Soso.
A CSO to issue accordingly
