UPON perusal of the sentence review report and the lower court record the offender was fined in December 2023. He has been unbale to pay the fine . the balance of the default sentence is 9 months.
It is recommended that he serves Community Service Orders at MUTALANI PRIMARY SCHOOL where he will among other activities, plant trees.
The Recommendation is accepted.
