I have read the application dated 21 March 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayer 2(a) and (b) of the chamber summons. The applicants to file and serve the motion within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents and interested party to file and serve their response to the application within 7 days of the date of service of the applicants' motion.
