I have read the applicant's application dated 28 July 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the application and the petition be served for directions in the new term, more particularly on 21 September 2026. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file and serve their response to the application within 14 days of the date of service. The applicants have leave to file any further affidavit in response to any new issues that may be raised in the replying affidavit. Such a further affidavit is to be filed and served within 7 days of the date of service of the respondents' response.
