I have read the applicant's application dated 31 August 2026 seeking the application, of even date, for conservatory orders be admitted for hearing during this Honourable Court's current recess. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent as to be heard during the recess. I direct that the application and the petition be served for such directions as will be necessary in the new term, more particularly on 23 September 2026. In the meantime, the respondents and interested party are directed to file and serve their responses both to the application and the petition within seven days of the date of service of the application.
