I have considered the applicant's application dated 6 June 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers (b) and (c) of the chamber summons. I direct that the main motion be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents will file and serve their response to the motion within 7 days of the date of service of the applicants motion. The directions on the hearing of the motion shall be taken on 8 July 2024. It is so ordered.
