I have read the applicant's application dated 15 December 2023 filed under a certificate of even date. The substance of the dispute has to do with employment. The appropriate court that is ideally placed to deal with the suit would be the Employment and Labour Relations Court. I, therefore, direct that the suit to be transferred to the Employment and Labour Relations Court for directions by the Presiding Judge on its disposal or for such other directions that the Presiding Judge may deem fit to make. It is so ordered.
