I have read the applicant's application dated 3 May 2024 filed under certificate of urgency of even date. The dispute in this application appears to me to be an employment dispute between the applicant and the respondents. For this reason, I am of the humble view that the best suited court to determine this application is the Employment and Labour Relations Court. Accordingly, I hereby transfer this matter to the Employment and Labour Relations Court for disposal or for such orders or directions as the Presiding Judge in that court may deem fit to issue. It is so ordered.
