PETER GITAA KORIA VS ODPP AND ETHICS AND ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION

I have read the applicant's application dated 25 April 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. From what I gather in the application, the arrest and prosecution of the applicant is in defiance of a court order issued in the Employment and Labour Relations Court. I also gather the applicant is set to be charged in the Anti-Corruption Court on corruption charges. It follows that the court that is suited to determine this matter is either the Employment and Labour Relations Court or the Anti-Corruption Court. I direct that this matter be placed before the Presiding Judge, the Anti-corruption Division of this Honourable Court for disposal or for such other directions that the Judge may be disposed to give. It is so ordered.
