RULING
1. The Application dated 26.01.2026 be and is hereby allowed.
2. The persons known as Pauline Nyambura Njuguna, Agnes Wanjiku Njuguna, Florence Muthoni Njuguna and Elijah Kiarie Njuguna be and are hereby allowed to participate in this matter as the administrators of the Plaintiff.
3. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve the Amended Plaint with the Administrators as parties.
4. The Defendant will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Plaint to prepare, file and serve their Amended Defence and the intended Preliminary Objection.
5. The Amended Notice of Motion dated 09.03.2026 be and is hereby struck out from having been filed without leave.
6. The costs of the Application dated 26.01.2026 will abide the outcome of the main suit.
7. The matter will be mentioned on 06.05.2026 to confirm compliance and take further directions.
