RULING

1. All the Respondents are granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their responses to the Application dated 18.12.2025.
2. The Applicant will have leave of 7 days upon service of the responses by the Respondents to prepare, file and serve a Further Affidavit if needed.
3. The Application dated 18.12.2025 will come up for inter-parte hearing on 26.01.2026.
4. In the interim, an order of stay of execution be and is hereby issued against the Judgement and Decree pronounced on 28.10.2025 in the proceeding known as ELDORET CM ELC Case No.E200 of 2021 between Gladys Jepkemoi – Vs- Amos Biwott & 6 Others pending the inter-parte hearing of the Application.
