1. That pending the inter-parte hearing of the application dated 28.04.2025, temporary injunction is hereby issued against the 1^st and 2^nd Defendant and/or any other person acting on their instructions from trespassing, entering, fencing constructing, depositing any building material and/or interfering with the property known as L.R UASIN GISHU/EL-HARE SCHEME/397.
2. The Application dated 28.04.2025 will be inter-parte on 09.06.2025
3. In the meantime, the Defendants/Respondents are granted leave of 14 days to prepare, file and serve their response.
