RULING

1. By consent the application dated 28.04.2025 is determined as follows;
2. That pending the hearing and determination of this suit, the 1^st and 2^nd Defendants be and are hereby stopped by way of a temporary injunction from constructing, transferring, dealing with, depositing construction material and/or in any other way interfering with the occupation and status of the suit property known as L.R No. UASIN GUSHU/EL-HARCE SCHEME/397/
3. The costs of this application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
4. The officer in-charge of Moi’s Bridge Police Station be served with the orders of the Court within 7 days from today’s date and ensures compliance with the same.
