I have read the applicant's application dated 20 August 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent considering that the decree the first respondent is alleged to be in contempt of and which the applicant is apparently seeking to enforce was issued way back in 2019. In the circumstances, I direct that the applicant’s application be served upon the respondents within seven days of the date of this ruling. The respondents are directed to file and serve their response to the application within seven days of the date of service of the applicant’s application. The application  shall be mentioned on 7 October 2024 for directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
