RULING
1. The Application dated 13.03.2026 is allowed.
2. That one Joseph Waruingi Mathenge be and is hereby granted leave to come on record as the legal representative of the Plaintiff Jane Muthoni Mathenge now deceased.
3. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 10 days from today’s date to amend the plaint and serve on the Defendant
4. The matter will be mentioned on 18.05.2026 to confirm compliance and take further direction.
5. The Plaintiff will serve a Mention Notice on the Defence Counsel within 10 days from today’s date.
