RULING
1. Pending the hearing and determination of the Application, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants are hereby prohibited by way of an injunction from further excavation and/or construction on the property L.R Eldoret Municipality Block 13/412.
2. The 1st – 3rd Defendants as well as the Interested Parties are granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to respond to the pending application.
3. The Application dated 8.04.2026 will come for hearing and/or directions on the 25.05.2026 virtually.
4. The Applicant Counsel will serve the Interested Party with the hearing notice within 7 days from today’s date.
