RULING

1. Based on the facts contained in the Plaint dated 19.11.2024, the issue in dispute is the distribution of a property amongst family members.  Consequently, this Court does not have jurisdiction to deal with administration of a deceased estate and the file is hereby transferred to the High Court in Eldoret for further direction.
2. The matter will be mentioned before the Presiding Judge of the High Court in Eldoret for further direction on 20.11.2025.
