RULING
1. The County Land Registrar and the County Surveyor are hereby directed to visit the property known as Eldoret Municipality Block 25(Luliet)/4 and re-establish the boundary with L.R No. Eldoret Municipality Block 25(Luliet)/3.
2. The County Land Registrar and the County Land Surveyor are further directed to establish the location of all the parties either on Eldoret Municipality Block 25 (Luliet)/4 or Eldoret Municipality Block 25 (Luliet)/3.
3. The County Land Registrar and County Land Surveyor are at liberty to note the existence of any easements on the ground within the L.R No. Eldoret Municipality Block 25(Luliet)/4.
4. The County Land Registrar and County Land Surveyor will file a Report to the Court within the next 30 days to confirm the parties that are in Eldoret Municipality Block 25(Luliet)/4.
5. The parties in this suit will share the costs of the exercise equally.
6. The matter will be mentioned on 16.04.2026 to confirm filing of the Ground Report and taking further direction.
