SENTENCE REVIEW

1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to 6 months’ imprisonment on 21/12/2023 having been arrested on 1/12/2023.
3. I have perused the Probation Report filed on 18th March 2024. It is recommended that the offender serves Community Service for 60 days at Imale Primary School under the supervision of the School Principal
4. The sentence is revised accordingly.
5. The Offender is to serve Community Service for 60 days at Imale Primary School
6. Community Service Order to issue accordingly
