1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to 18months imprisonment on 13/6/2023 having been arrested on 3/6/2023.
3. I have perused the Probation Report filed on 18th March 2024. It is recommended that the offender serves Community Service for 12 months at Mukasi Primary School under the supervision of the Head teacher
4. The sentence is revised accordingly. .
5. The Offender is to serve Community Service for 12 months at the Mukasi Primary School.
6. Community Service Order to issue accordingly
