I have perused the Summons brought under a certificate of urgency dated 16th July 2025, seeking the early hearing of the Petition for grant of letters of administration ad litem dated 13th June 2025. In my view, the application has merit. Under the circumstances, I allow the application as prayed and proceed to hear the Petition forthwith.
