1. I have perused the Petition for Limited Grant ad litem filed by the Petitioner herein and have considered the annexures attached thereto. The Petitioner seeks to protect the interests of the estate of the deceased in Plot No. Mariakani/Jakaba/181. The Petitioner is one of the widows of the deceased.
2. In my view, the Petition has merit. The grant sought will enable the Petitioner to commence or defend suits on behalf of the estate. It is therefore propitious to allow the Petition as prayed.
3. In the circumstances, I allow the Petition as filed. I order that Letters of Administration ad litem do issue forthwith to the Petitioner.
4. The estate of the deceased must be distributed. Under the circumstances, I order that a petition for the full grant be filed within 90 days of the date hereof.
5. I make no order as to costs.
6. Orders accordingly.
