I have read the applicant's applications, dated 9 April 2025, the first of which seeks the second application to be heard during this Honourable Court's Easter Recess. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent enough as to be heard during the recess since there is no proof of any threat of immediate disposal of the applicant's property. In the circumstances, I direct the application be served for directions on its disposal on 19 May 2025. It is so ordered.
